This module will equip you with an understanding of the nature of implicit bias, its potential impact on our Faculty's hiring and selection decisions, and introduce tools to address and reduce its influence. Through a combination of medical case studies, expert insights, interactive exercises, and actionable recommendations, you'll be prepared to foster a more inclusive and unbiased hiring environment within the Faculty of Medicine.
