| Moot Court | Class of 2017, Phase 3, 7730 - Special Projects III, Ethics / Legal (Phase 3) | 4 | In Special Projects III - Legal Ethics Section.The Moot Court will revolve around the presentation of aspects of two mock legal proceedings – a College complaint and a lawsuit. Several documents are available in D2L in connection with these two mock legal proceedings. While you are not expected to read these documents in detail in advance of the Moot Court, you will get more out of the day if you take a quick look at them. In particular, I would encourage you to read the document entitled “Lawsuit Scenario” which gives a summary of the case giving rise to the mock lawsuit. For the rest of the documents, the primary purpose of looking at them is to be familiar in advance with the nature and format of the documents so that you are able to refer to them during the Moot Court proceedings. |
