11881 Describe each of the following and its role in drug and xenobiotic metabolism: Cytochrome P450, Glucuronyl Transferase, Glutathione Transferase, Sulfo- and Acetyl transferases.
11882 Describe the impact of genetic polymorphisms, inducers and inhibitors, age, sex, diet, and disease on xenobiotic metabolism.
11883 Define xenobiotic and describe how xenobiotics and their phase I and phase II transformed products can result in tissue damage from toxic, immunological, and carcinogenic effects.
