This is the synchronous workshop component of the Teaching Effectiveness Program (TEP) for residents. Be sure to complete all the online modules at https://www.med.mun.ca/oped/tep/royal-college-residents/ before attending the workshop.

• All participants must prepare a 5-7 minute presentation to be delivered remotely on the day of the workshop. It can be on any topic: medical or non-medical. Ensure that it focuses on an achievable objective and that you are engaging with the audience (your fellow residents).
• The topics for the onsite workshop are:
  • Feedback and coaching (practical application)
  • Small group troubleshooting
  • Presentations (yours)
