Foundations Workshop: Onboarding New Team Members (repeat offering)

Location: Via WebEx

Date: 25 March 2026

Description

Due to strong interest and positive feedback, we are pleased to offer a repeat session of our Foundations Workshop: Onboarding New Team Members, originally delivered in September 2025. Join us for this 90-minute interactive online workshop focused on best practices for integrating new members into health and social care teams. Through small group activities and guided discussion, participants will explore collaborative practice, role integration, and how to use community health information to build a team that meets population needs. You'll also begin designing a tailored onboarding approach for your own team.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Strengthen relationships across professional roles
  2. Apply community health data to guide team composition
  3. Create a tailored onboarding package for new team members

 Who should attend:
This session is open to all health and social care providers working in a Family Care Team or affiliated practice in Newfoundland and Labrador. Others may attend if space allows.
