Providing feedback in a professional manner is essential for faculty, learners, and staff at the Faculty of Medicine because it fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth. This course will examine the impact of unprofessional feedback on an individual, define the standards and expectations for professional feedback at the Faculty of Medicine, and explore strategies for how to give, and receive, feedback using these standards.
