Family Medicine Lecture Series - Feb 2023

Dates: Friday, February 3, 2023 - Friday, February 24, 2023

The Family Medicine Lecture Series is delivered in partnership between the Long Range, Shalloway, RE-Boot and Endeavor Family Practice Networks (FPNs), the Family Practice Renewal Program (FPRP), the Regional Health Authorities, and the Office of Professional and Education Development (OPED) and Distributed Medical Education (DME), both with the Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University.

This weekly lecture series on topics relevant to family medicine is based on a needs assessment conducted by the Office of Professional and Education Development (OPED), in consultation with the Family Practice Renewal Program, the Family Practice Networks, and the Newfoundland & Labrador Medical Association.

Please Note: This series will be using the GoToMeeting ( web platform for all program sessions. It is advised that the software be installed and tested prior to the start of the meeting.

Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF), Reduced Ejection Fraction (HFrEF) and Everything in Between

The Office of Professional & Educational Development (OPED), Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University, is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Continuing Medical Education (CACME), a subcommittee of the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS). This standard allows OPED to assign credits for educational activities based on the criteria established by The College of Family Physicians of Canada, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
