Graduates of Memorial University who are requesting Doctor of Medicine (MD) Verifications must remit payment to Memorial University as outlined below:

| Short Form | $50 + 2% moneris ($51) |
| Long Form | $100 + 2% moneris ($102) |
| Verification Letter | $100 + 2% moneris ($102) |
| Urgent Requests | $200 + 2% moneris ($204) |
