Are you a member of an Aboriginal group in this province? Are you a high school student (Grade 9-12)?  Is a career in a health care profession a possibility for you?

The Healers of Tomorrow Gathering is a camp offered every second summer since 2015 for Aboriginal youth. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our next camp is postponed until the Summer of 2021.

Don’t miss this opportunity to explore a cross-section of college and university health careers including Aboriginal cultures and medicines. Information about our next Summer Camp will be posted here soon.

If you are interested in applying for the summer camp please complete the student application form.
In addition to your application (which includes proof of Aboriginal ancestry) we will also require a Reference Form filled in by an educator in your school.

Applications must be received in our office by 5:00 pm, Friday, May 17, 2019.
We encourage you to complete the application form online but you may also submit through Fax (709) 864-4991 addressed to the attention of Healers of Tomorrow Gathering c/o Dr. Carolyn Sturge Sparkes or through scanning to: Carolyn.sturge@med.mun.ca.
If you have any questions about the application form or application process please call Carolyn at (709) 864-4938.
