Daniele Wiseman (C), a fourth-year medical student, is the winner of the
1997-98 Fitzpatrick Textbook Award. Ms. Wiseman, a native of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, was
chosen by her third-year class to receive the award of the fourth edition of Dermatology
in General Medicine, valued at $800. The award was made by Dr. Laurie Parsons (R),
assistant clinical professor of dermatology, and P.J. Downey (L), representing Galderma
Canada, the company that funds this award.
