"The Interviewing Skills video is a recording of an interactive seminar conducted via video teleconference in 2004. The ideas expressed in this are solely the opinion of the speakers. At all times during interviews, it is urged that candidates answer questions honestly. This presentation attempts to illustrate mechanisms by which candidates may strive to have their true selves come out during the lengthy and tiring (for all!) resident interviewing process.
