This page includes a selection of queries that will extract data from the database and will provide you with the Project ID# which you can then use to print up all, or part, of the project questionnaire. Some queries are already defined while others allow considerable choice of responses by the user.

NB. In fields that are yes/no responses the project information display will show true (=yes) or false (=no).

Focus of project choose the focus of project i.e., focused on individuals, population based or both (project name, ID and primary risk factors displayed)
