CD-ROM errata:
1) Unfortunately the Heart Health CD-ROM DAIS
software will not install or work on Windows XP or NT. However the
files can still be accessed and opened directly into Adobe Acrobat (for
the publications) and SPSS or SAS (for the data files).
2) If you are having a problem opening DAIS software on the
Heart Health in Canada CD ROM (in Windows versions
other than those mentioned above)you will have to download and replace 2 user
files.
3) An error has been noted for the variable HDL09F, the corrected files
are included on this site.
