Verification of Residency Training
Memorial University of Newfoundland charges an administrative fee for all certifications of training verified by the Postgraduate Medical Education office:
Residency Training Certification: $25* (per program)
Replacement Residency Training Certificates: $25*
All verification requests must include the following three items:
The administrative fee, as outlined above
A written request from the credentialing service
A signed authorization of release from the physician requiring certification of residency training
Please note, we cannot provide verbal verifications, and are unable to accept credit cards.
A cheque or money order is to be made payable to Memorial University of Newfoundland and is due in advance. Cheques sent through regular post from the United States can take up to one month to receive. If time is a priority, we suggest a courier service be used; however, expedited courier services only guarantees quick delivery to our shipping and receiving centre; it can take several additional days before cheques are delivered to the PGME office.
