Research   My lab has a number of projects in a large, collaborative study on colorectal cancer (CRC): we are identifying the genes and the specific mutations responsible for hereditary CRC in Newfoundland families, we are looking for genes involved in modifying the expression of mismatch repair gene mutations and we are developing a molecular profile of hereditary CRC.
