Upon election submit a copy of the newly elected members of the Executive of the Society to the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well as to the Office of Student Affairs and UGME.
Be responsible for keeping accurate records of all actions of the Society as well as all correspondence of the Memorial University Medical Students’ Society. Minutes of each executive meeting should be posted in a prominent location within one week of the meeting.
Be responsible for all notices of meetings of the Society.
Shall assume other duties, as the executive shall assign to the office.
