• Be elected annually, to a two year term, so that a junior and senior representative exist
 
• Be a voting member of the UGME Committee
 
• Act as a liaison between UGME and the Executive of the MSS
 
• Hold 1 vote on the MSS Executive. The most senior representative in attendance will hold this vote
