Division of Infectious Diseases

 The Division of Infectious Diseases provides clinical and laboratory leadership for the diagnosis and management of bacterial, viral, fungal and parasitic diseases.  Faculty members are involved in clinical inpatient and outpatient consultation, home IV antibiotic service, antibiotic stewardship, HIV clinical care, infection control, medical microbiology and research.  The Division provides teaching through undergraduate courses, clerkship and resident academic half-days, resident rotations and the popular weekly infectious diseases rounds which is webcast widely.
