Endocrinology

The division of endocrinology at Memorial University of Newfoundland consists of endocrinologists, internists with an interest in clinical endocrinology, university teaching and research faculty, graduate students, diabetes educators, dietitians, endocrine nurses performing dynamic tests, clinical research nurses and secretaries.

Services provided include endocrinology consultation (inpatient and outpatient), endocrinology on-call service to the entire province of Newfoundland and Labrador, diabetes education and dietician services and participation in clinical research trials for new therapies.

We are actively involved in basic and clinical research and in teaching at multiple levels at the School of Medicine.
