Mary Dray - Student Affairs
Mary's role is to keep in touch with our alumni and to ensure that alumni records for the Faculty of Medicine are up to date. This includes addresses, phone numbers, emails, postgraduate training, practice information and qualifications. She also likes to keep track of any personal information that a graduate wishes to share, i.e., engagements, marriages, births, etc. The alumni office is very interested in what happens with our graduates in relation to not only their careers but their personal lives as well. Please fill in the alumni profile form online and it will be sent to Mary or you can send the completed form by FAX at (709) 777-8296.


Evelyn Skinner - Student Affairs
Evelyn's role is to keep all of the alumni records for the Faculty of Medicine updated. Evelyn also takes the minutes at the Medical Graduate Society Reunion meetings which are held on a monthly basis, and also mails out any correspondence to the alumni pertaining to the reunion. She is also responsible for sending out the MUNMED's to over 2000 alumni. You can contact Evelyn at (709) 777-6690 or by email at eskinner@mun.ca.

Sharon Gray - Communications Co-ordinator
Sharon is a communications co-ordinator for the Faculty of Medicine and she provides information about, and for, alumni through our newsletter MUNMED News. Sharon welcomes your news, articles and photos, or suggestions for articles and also will pass along information that you would like to share with Memorial's alumni magazine, Luminus. She also writes regularly for the university newspaper the Gazette, so please take a few minutes and pass along your news to Sharon at sgray@mun.ca
 

Virginia Middleton – Communications Co-ordinator
Virginia is a communications co-ordinator for the Faculty of Medicine and she works in the areas of communication planning, media relations, crisis communications, and new social media initiatives. With a background in media relations including developing key messages and reviewing media interview skills and strategies, Virginia brings a fresh point of view and solid experience. Jillian Gibson- Senior Development Officer
Jillian works with the Dean of Medicine and Memorial University's Office of Alumni Affairs and Development to develop and implement strategies for fundraising for the Faculty of Medicine. She carries out donor relations and stewardship for the Faculty of Medicine and is also involved with fund raising for the Medical Research Foundation.

Lesley Wright – Events Assistant
Lesley is our new events assistant in the development office. She is primarily involved with planning MUN Med donor and alumni events both in Newfoundland and across Canada.  She also provides support for annual fundraising initiatives, plays an active role in planning the annual MUN Med reunion and works on keeping our alumni database accurate and up to date.
